GeneralI have the right to update my terms of service, as well as to refuse or cancel a commission. By commissioning me you allow me to post photos of the commission to my social medias and within my portfolio. My TOS applies to all past, current, and future commisions. I will not draw art for those who are anti-LGBTQIA+ (including terfs), ableists, racists, nazi/alt-right, pedos/MAPS, and zoophiles. I also will not draw any NSFW or works referencing drug use to those who are under 18. My work is not to be used for NFT's under any circumstances. My work may not be fed into any A.I program/used by A.I programs or to train A.I.

Payment & ProcessI take my commissions through my Ko-fi when my slots are open. You will be contacted through whatever method you listed on the Ko-Fi. You can also message me through my TH, Discord, or Twitter. When not using Ko-fi I will be sending an invoice through Paypal.Once full payment has been received I will contact you if needed for more details. You will receive WIPS of the commission during the process. Requests for changes and alterations are encouraged!Commissioners will receive a full-res file. A transparent file or the watermarked file can be provided upon request.

Cancellations & RefundsCommisions can be cancelled at anytime for a 100% refund if the comission has not been started. Afterwards, a fee will be deducted from the refund depending on how far along I was in your commission.

Using CommissionsTracing (when posted online) is not allowed on any of my commissions. Selling or claiming my artwork as your own is not allowed. Likewise with editing out my watermark or signature. If you want to edit my art please ask first!You may use your commission for personal uses, which includes posting on social media or other websites. However, credit should be given when used.You are not allowed to use any of my art for the minting or selling of NFTs.

Using AdoptsAll T.OS. statements above apply to my adopts. By purchasing an adopt you agree to my T.O.S.Personal and Commercial rights are purchased when you purchase my adopts. This extends to posting on TH, using as a mascot, merch, rp, storytelling, etc. However, my designs cannot be used for open or closed species without providing credit to me.Credit is required when posting the design for the first time on social medias or art galleries. This also applies to TH. Credit must be easily accessible or visible.You are allowed to make edits to any adopts that you purchase. However, you must follow the above paragraph for first time posting on social medias and art gallariesWhen uploading to Toyhouse, please credit my TH account hereI do not endorse the use of my designs for any hateful, zoophilic, or LGBTQIA+-phobic content. I do not endorse my designs to be used in any immoral or illegal content.

Reselling & TradingWhen reselling my adopts without any extra art you MAY NOT sell for above original flatsale price. When reselling or trading you must credit me as the original creator of the design. Trading my designs is allowed at both participants' discretion. When trading however, you must including all versions of the design, even if you have editing the original design. All redesigns must be sold or traded with the design.

Violation of any above T.O.S can result in blacklisting from future business or verbal warnings.

Hi there! My name is Autumn (she/they). I am a college grad with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology, Evolution, and Organismal biology (ornithology focused). I am interested in studying corvid and parrot intelligence. I also love designing characters and thinking up lore for my warrior cats inspired collaborative world.
